Honorary Degrees

This year, CTS will present Honorary Degrees to Ray Suarez and Dr. Tom Wake.

Dr. Tom Wake is a beloved vet, a community minister, steward, healer, friend, "aspiring mensch" and local in the Hyde Park community. Dr. Wake has been a compassionate companion to animals and people, accompanying them both wisely and gently as a veterinarian at Hyde Park Animal Clinic for many years.  He continues to model healthy relationships with God's creation and all who know him and have been served by him express deepest appreciation for his life's work.  CTS seeks to honor Dr. Wake for his embodiment of these things in his consistent, invisible ministry in our community.
