Facility Rental

The state-of-the-art (and science) CTS building is now available to outside groups who need a venue for meetings, events, and special occasions such as weddings. Whether your needs are personal or professional, large or small, our building is an ideal setting for any event or gathering.

Located in between the historic Woodlawn and Hyde Park communities on the edge of the University of Chicago campus, our modern, climate-controlled building offers more than 12 meeting spaces, including two Chapels and a Dining Hall, perfect for receptions or banquets. Seminar and Breakout Rooms

Our seminar and breakout rooms seat 2-10 people, located next to classrooms. The rooms can be reserved alone or reserved with any of our classrooms.

 

Conference Rooms

Our conference rooms seat 16-20. Conference rooms are perfect for meetings or conference calls.

 

Large Classrooms

Our first floor class room is tiered and wheel chair accessible. This room is great for lectures and large scale meetings. Our second floor classroom offers flexible seating arrangements. This room is great for lectures and large scale meetings.

 

Clark Chapel

Clark Chapel is nestled inside a double- sided water feature and offers flexible seating arrangements for about 35 people; this room is perfect for intimate life events including: memorial services, weddings, gatherings, and more.

 

Upper Chapel

Our fourth floor chapel provides flexible seating arrangements for up to 280 people. This Chapel is perfect for large board meetings, public lectures, larger weddings, memorial services, and receptions.

 

Dining Hall

The fourth floor Dining Hall provides flexible arrangements for 140. This Chapel is the right fit for meetings, banquets, and receptions.
